lu99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on lu99, accessing the platform as a guest, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the lu99 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

lu99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, lu99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the lu99 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. lu99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active lu99 account.
• Be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including a valid Bangladesh phone number, and keep that information up to date at all times.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player or have been previously excluded from lu99 or any associated platform.
• Not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of lu99, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.

lu99 uses automated and manual verification procedures to confirm eligibility. Accounts opened by or on behalf of ineligible persons are void, and any funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation. lu99 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of ineligible use of the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on lu99. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered phone number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your device. lu99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact lu99 support immediately.

• Share account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Allow any third party to access or operate the account on their behalf.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the lu99 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Use a VPN, proxy, or other technology to obscure or misrepresent their location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

lu99 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. lu99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply fees independent of lu99, for which lu99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practice. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. lu99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are as published in the lu99 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All funds deposited into a lu99 account must be the personal funds of the registered account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using funds sourced from criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks, reversed transactions, or disputed payments will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any bonuses awarded as a result of a subsequently reversed deposit will be voided.
• lu99 may apply transaction limits and velocity checks as part of its fraud prevention and AML compliance procedures. These limits may be applied without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. lu99 may require additional documentation where the total withdrawal amount exceeds specified thresholds.

lu99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or technical failures outside lu99's direct control. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect credit to an account, lu99 reserves the right to correct that error and recover any incorrectly credited funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

lu99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time the offer is available.

In the absence of specific terms to the contrary, the following general bonus conditions apply to all lu99 promotional offers. lu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, without liability to players.

• Bonuses are awarded to accounts that have satisfied the qualifying deposit or other trigger condition specified in the offer terms. Bonuses credited in error may be reclaimed by lu99 at any time.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each offer's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used to satisfy the bonus wagering requirements of a second account.
• lu99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent activity, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.

6. Responsible Gaming

lu99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their activity in a safe and controlled manner. lu99 offers deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion tools, and cooling-off periods. Players can access these tools directly from their account dashboard.

lu99 does not knowingly permit minors to use the platform. Age verification may be required at registration or at any point thereafter. If a player believes that gambling is negatively affecting their life or the life of someone they know, they are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature or contact lu99 support for assistance. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lu99 platform. A breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent platform limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to achieve outcomes that are not consistent with genuine independent play — including match-fixing, chip-dumping in poker, or coordinated exploitation of live dealer games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the lu99 platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Providing false identity documents, submitting fraudulent payment information, or otherwise deceiving lu99 for personal gain.

lu99 uses a combination of automated monitoring, manual review, and third-party fraud detection services to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, lu99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or forfeit any and all account balances without notice, in addition to taking any other remedial action it deems appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lu99 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the property of lu99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of lu99 .

The lu99 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of lu99. Unauthorised use of any lu99 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lu99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if lu99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lu99 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. lu99 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunctions, data transmission errors, or force majeure events. Where a game malfunction results in an incorrect settlement, lu99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

10. Amendments to These Terms

lu99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the lu99 website. Where changes are material, lu99 will endeavour to provide registered account holders with advance notice of at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your continued use of the lu99 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your lu99 account and cease using the platform. Closing an account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to account closure.
